I have written over a hundred Haiku and absolutely love them. Following the 5 7 5 syllable formula that works for English/Western Haiku is the best way to write them :D
Be it those mired in despairing lies or blinded by chilling truth, even in ages other than ours, people need to be inspired to see beyond the dirt or sky.
Knight on white horse shining armor bright,
Shine your mighty saving light,
Give hope in darkness winning the fight.
Now I feel like Green Lantern but with armor.
