I would like your permission to start reading your story for my podcast on August 2nd. Chapter 1 intrigued me enough that I feel like others around the world should also know about you.
You are most welcome! If you like, you can also read my novelette about a technomage named The Cowled One. Set in the same universe, it became the father of the Sword & Railgun genre.
This novelette is perhaps one of the best I published in my first anthology collection. Velin the Lothorian and The Cowled one before him exist because of this story.
Indeed he does! That is one of the reasons why all modern Terran spaceships are built extra big, so they can accommodate Asgardians and PA class mechs.
This first chapter is now available to listen to on Crann na beatha Stories and Poetry found on all major podcast apps around the world. It will be available on my Substack page later this evening. I hope you like it.
I cannot wait to listen! I’ve been to the doctors all morning, just to be on the safe side. Thankfully they said I have nothing broken, my hand is simply strained and bruised.

I will look into that this weekend. maybe I will read that first before I start on this series. I will let you know what I think.

I like this. I have always been a fan of this genre. I will find the time to read the rest.

Intriguing! A 12-foot-tall warrior must stand out among 6-foot Terrans. 😄
