“To quit is surely to embrace…nothingness”— I absolutely love and relate to this quote!

I paraphrased one of my morale officer quotes :D and I should’ve mentioned it since I know you like them!

“If one quits they would neither fail nor succeed.”

Nice! Honestly, I relate to your paraphrase more. I’ve tried to quit writing before, and it really felt like rejecting my very nature and therefore embracing nothingness.

I just read your short story! Would you like to read a short excerpt from one of my newer books? This one resembles the feel of your story, however, it is set on a rather dystopian planet.

I hate a to be a weirdo here, but do you use any other platforms besides YT? I have been boycotting them for a long time now and i won't change that. But i do wish to see your meeting.

I think James mentioned something about Rumble sometime in the future.

Good question! I kind of second this question, I'm avoiding yt, and prefer Storyfire and Substack for the same reason.

Odysee.com is my go-to video platform. But the more popular sites like Rumble or Bitchute are acceptable to me, for now.

I guess they’re all compromised in some way, shape or form. But we do the best we can to stick it to our digital overlords. amirite?

They are compromised to an extent, all of them. As for YT, I think many of us had their accounts since forever so it is natural to try and test streaming there first, before we move to Rumble, Odysee etc.

True, I dislike odysee and find Rumble’s search function broken and bitchute… I’ve no experience so can’t judge.

Odysee is somewhat laggy but good. I hope they can improve their page loading time too.

Love this! I can identify with so much of this. I especially love what R.H.Snow says about forgiveness. Whether it’s towards others or yourself, forgiveness is a difficult task but so incredibly important for the soul. Thanks for tagging me on this post!

One of the major ways we will build a better, hopeful future, is by embracing inspirational storytelling. Thus, we need more creators! Artists, musicians, poets, writers, game developers - we need you all to become the best you can be. Do not give up, create!

Would love to sit down with all of you and talk, and chat. Actually I should download my newest stream and upload, would love to know your thoughts about it Black Knight!

But anyways, discussing technique and counterpoint and archetypes is a blast and listening to it here, as you and Rebecca explain things is even more so.

The thing with Terran Tuesday stream format is—we focus on the uplifting and hope side of things. Yes, and we also share our fails too, it is only natural, but the idea is to keep getting better, to grow into one much more wholesome, prolific versions of ourselves.

“Through embracing our failures we learn to achieve.”

I think the saddest thing is there are so many wonderful writers who get discouraged by what James rightfully labels useless criticism. When I imagine how many inspiring, interesting, fresh stories we are losing from this, my heart aches. That is why we are fighting for our beloved constructive criticism, because it gives authors wings!

Fully concur, James speaks with a great deal of wisdom on that topic, and it does make one’s heart bleed!
